Frequently Asked Questions

Over the course of the last three years we have been asked many of the same questions. We have attempted to put them here in this format and hopefully it will give you the answers so you don't have to call or wait for a return e-mail. If you question is not dealt with here please e-mail us and we will try to answer your request within 24 hours.

How quickly do orders ship out?
With the exception of Saturday, Sunday and holidays, we make every attempt to get orders our within 24 hours. If for some reason we are out of stock on an item we will contact you to inform you of the delay and offer you several choices.

Do you protect my privacy from others?


Privacy Policy

For some Internet companies, privacy protection is more of an afterthought than a priority. Since 1985 we have always respected the privacy of our customers. For our commercial customers that have accounts with us, we do store information such as address and telephone number. For our other online customers we do not store any personal information whatsoever. Plus we protect all our customers personal information and are committed to never sell, rent or divulge any information received from any of our customers whether they be commercial or just one time buyers.

Occasionally we do publish comments and reviews from our customers but that is only with the expressed written consent to do so. We try and keep those comments as anonymous as possible and never reveal a customers personal email address, phone number, etc.

Is there any guarantee on your products?
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please call our toll free number (800-635-3621) Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST, and ask for Jacob. Most of our products are guaranteed by our manufacturers for one year against defect. We do exchanges and refunds but it does not include the freight either way.

What if a product arrives damaged?
If a product arrives damaged please let us, and the shipper know immediately. In order to process claims we must have a notification of damage within five days of your receipt of the goods. Any claims for damage after five days can no longer be authorized.

Do you have a catalog?
We no longer produce a catalog. After fifteen years of producing a catalog we have determined that the cost did not outweigh the benefits. With ever increasing production and mailing costs we had to keep passing these costs onto our customers in the form of higher prices. Since the creation of this website we have been fortunate to actually lower most of our prices.

Can you ship products overseas?
We can ship almost all of our products overseas. We would be happy to quote you shipping rates to any part of the globe. We do, however, suggest that you look at the part of our website that talks about shipping to international destinations.

What are your business hours?
Our warehouse offices are open Monday - Friday, except holidays, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. For all the different ways to contact us you can refer to the contacting us webpage

How many ways can I order your products?
If you go completely through to end of the online ordering process you will come up with three distinct choices. You can order on our online secure webserver using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. Your second choice is to print the entire order out and fax it in to us at 863-635-3700. The third choice is to print the order out and send either the credit card info with the form or a personal check. If you have a question about a product you can call our toll free number (800-635-3621) Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST, and one of our staff can assist you with your order. We do, however, require that customers use one of the three ways listed above because of how we process the shipping and the credit cards. Our online ordering system is completely encrypted and your credit card numbers and information are totally secure.

Do you carry replacement parts on most of your products?
Yes we do. If they are not listed online we many times have spare parts available. If not, we can attempt to secure them for you from the manufacturer.

Is Frostproof a real place?
