Most of our products go via Fed-Ex because of the way that this company can track packages. It comes with an automatic $100.00 lost fee which protects us in case the package gets misplaced. Our shopping cart system has a method built in that will give you the total cost of shipping from our door to yours. Please note: Fed-Ex does not deliver to post office boxes. If you desire a delivery to post office box, please see below.

Federal Express (Fed-Ex) - Commericial Ground Service

If you have a business that gets regular shipments from either Fed-EX or Fed-Ex then you can choose the Fed-Ex ground service. If you do not currently get deliveries this way then the safe course would be to either check residential service or call your local Fed-Ex office and see if you qualify for commercial status. If you qualify, you can save your company about $1.00 - $2.00 on every shipment.

Federal Express (Fed-Ex) - Next Day, Second Day & Third Day

The most expensive way to go but when "you have to have it", we have a means to "get it to you". We run our shipping programs every several hours and if we can we try and get your package out the same day as you place the order (except Saturday, Sunday & most major holidays) but there is no guarantee on that. We will however, guarantee to get your package out by 10:00 am on the day after you place your order providing the product is in stock which is 98% of the time.

Because the SIZE, NOT THE WEIGHT of the package can alter the rate drastically on next day and second day Fed-Ex, we have to quote this cost to you. You can call our offices from 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) @ 800-635-3621 to get a quote

Before you choose this option you should know that if you live in Florida, almost all of the Fed-Ex shipments are next day without having to pay for it. And in some isolated spots it is most likely 2nd day, again without having to pay for it.

United States Post Office - Parcel Post Surface Mail (U.S. only)

If you want to save money and don't mind waiting this is the cheapest but it could take a long time (2-3 weeks) depending upon your location. Many times we have found that the priority mail and the parcel post choices only differ by pennies so we recommend using U.S. priority mail in most cases.

United States Post Office - Express Mail (U.S. only)

If you need it next day (except Saturday & Sunday orders), the U.S. Postal Service guarantees it will be there.

United States Post Office - Priority Mail (U.S. only)

So far we have had great luck with this type of delivery because it is the fastest and the cheapest, once our packages go outside the state of Florida. If your package is five pounds or under, it will get to you anywhere within the continental U.S., within two to three days, including Saturday, for considerably less than Fed-EX.

The United States Post Office is taking great pride in this system. We put these products in bright red, white & blue packages that are supplied by the Post Office. They quickly stand out from the rest of the pack. More and more mail order houses are choosing this system because of the reliability and cost.

We include in the priority mail cost the tracking option which we put on every package just in case it gets lost. There is however, no insurance on this type of delivery like there is with Fed-EX.

Small Items Shipping - Replacement Parts (U.S. only)

We created this category for customers only shipping small items such as pruner parts, gloves, etc. We put them in a small padded envelope and ship them U.S. Postal Service first class mail. The maximum charge is $3.00 for one pound up to $5.00 for three pounds. Please remember only small items can fit in these envelopes. Also sometimes the actual postage costs listed on the envelope does not include the our costs for the packaging and the handling which is why we came up with the $3.00 - $5.00 classification.
