For fine applications of herbicides where an overspray from a conventional backpack sprayer could harm delicate plants, shrubs, etc. This 2 1/2 liter capacity sprayer will treat an area of approximately 20,000 to 25,000 feet (the equivalent of 3-4 backpack sprayer fillings) before needing to be refilled. The Herbi and Herbaflex systems feature a light-weight design to allow easy operation over an extended period of time without excessive fatigue, and both systems are battery powered with no pumping required.

The optional Herbiflex head (shown to the right) features a housed, spinning disc spray head that recaptures any unsprayed solution for reuse while preventing dripping or excess spraying over a narrow, targeted coverage area.

The secret to this sprayer is the very large micron droplets that spread out evenly over a four foot wide swath. The advantage of this sprayer over backpack sprayers is that it use 40 times less water than a traditional backpack, is lighter in weight (only 3.5 pounds empty and 9 pounds with liquid) and requires no pumping.

The Herbi® is powered by 4 "D" cell batteries which last up to 45 hours in normal use. Included with the Herbi® are three spray nozzles with a flow rate of 60 to 150 ml. per minute.

"I've used the Herbi several times and I love the ease of use and the light weight. The biggest plus is that I don't have to pump it, ahhhhh!! I will say that it's hard to get used to NOT seeing the spray. I never realized how much spray is wasted using pump sprayers, at least the lower end models from the box stores. I thought that if I added a colorant to the solution that I might see where I had sprayed but when they say "micro" they mean it. I just made sure to watch my foot prints. Anyway, I highly reccomend this little guy! My arms and shoulders didn't hurt, I got some walking in and my spray solution went WAY further than with the pump sprayer. It's more that worth the price.
