This used to be the tool of choice for most of our harvesters until we
introduced the Stainless Steel Fruit Picker
Line. It is still a fairly popular harvesting pruner with some companies
who have problems with theft or loss. Also some harvesting crews prefer
this pruner because they feel they can go faster with this pruner than
the other type. When it comes to fruit that is going to the juicing plant
this pruner will do an adequate job but if increasing your pack-out is
a concern than our recommendation is that you take a good look at the
stainless steel pickers.
