The Istor sharpener, which is made in Switzerland, is the best sharpening tool on the market. It has two precision sharpening edges that are bonded into an aluminum handle. No pressure is required to give the ultimate sharpness.
Suitable for sharpening knives, scissors, hand pruners, tin snips, lawn and hedge shears, axes, shovels, spades, fishing knives and hooks, paint scrapers, hobby tools and disposable blades, surgical scissors, carpet and vinyl cutters, farriers and cooper tools & much more.
Sold in two sizes: standard and professional. The standard will suffice for most applications. The professional has a slightly longer aluminum handle (about 2") , a finger guard and a longer sharpening edge that make it ideal for commercial applications.
