HARVESTING - Harvesting Totes
Field Box Totes
These
are the standard heavy duty field box totes that have been used for several
decades in citrus harvesting to harvest delicate fruit, or fruit in hard
to reach areas. The box is constructed of a durable molded black plastic.
Each tote will nest inside the one underneath it when not full. Holds
90 LBs of oranges, 95 LBs or tangerines or 85 LBs of grapefruit. Soft
rounded handholds make it easy for lifting and carrying.
Please note that although this tote is only 5 pounds it is considered an oversize box by FED -EX for shipping purposes. All oversized boxes shipped via FED-EX carry a minimum 31 pound shipping weight.
