Titratable Acid Test Kit
The acid
test kit is used to test for the total acid content of citrus fruits.
When used along with the Brix reading obtained from one of our Brix
test kits, a ratio can be found to determine optimum picking times.
With this instrument you can check the status of your fruit without waiting
for the harvesting company to do it. Kit comes complete with the following
items and instructions for use.
- Auto direct reading burette
- Wide mouth jar
- #12 Rubber stopper
- Rubber bulb
- 25 ml. Pipette
- Vent tube
- 250 ml. Flask
- Bead type fitting with rubber hose
- Complete instructions on how to assemble the kit and run the tests
