Every now and then we have customers who want to purchase a reel lawnmower. Many of these customers have never used a reel lawnmower. They are usually very excited about using one for all the right reasons...less noise, less air polution, a little exercise and many more good reasons. Then they take it out of the box and put it together. They take it for one spin around the yard and say.......whoh this is really harder than I thought.

The reasons that it is harder than they thought is it takes a little time to get rid of all the small stones and sticks. Or several times the grass is a lot taller than it would normally be if they regularly cut it with a reel mower. Or the lawn doesn't look like it did when they used a gas powered rotary mower. Many of these situations, however, resolve themselves after a few uses of a reel mower.

Customers call us within a day or so of getting their reel mower and ask to return the mowers. We like to keep everyone happy so we agree to let them return it provided that the condition is new and that all the parts, instructions, etc. are still in the box. Upon looking over each unit and determining that these units are in fine working order and with the exception of one use, are in perfect working condition.

We give the same exact warranty as the original units and will happily refund your purchase should you not be 100% satisified. There are limited amounts for each lawnmower. We believe in these units so much we are willing to ship them to you free of charge. We will ship the grass catchers that match the lawnmowers also at free of charge as long as you are purchasing them at the same time.
