Frostproof Growers is open five days a week from Monday through Friday.
Our office hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. Our staff
is always ready to explain how a product works. In order for us to process
orders, send shipping confirmations and handle credit cards we do ask that
you use one of our three ordering options. These options are detailed on
the following page: orders. United States residents
except Hawaii & Alaska can call us, toll free, during those hours @ 1-800-635-3621.
International customers can call at 863-635-3620 and remember to use the
proper dialing prefix for international calls.

Frostproof Growers can also be reached by fax. Our fax machine is able to
accept calls twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
It never sleeps but sometimes it does run out of paper. If it is a weekend
or during the evening, and the fax does not go through, it is probably because
the paper ran out. Please try again the next business day. United States
residents and international customers that want to send a fax can do so
by using the following telephone # 863-635-3700. Please include as much
detailed information as possible, a daytime telephone # & an e-mail address.
We prefer to use e-mail as much as possible to keep the costs down.

By far our preferred way of communicating because the costs are nothing
anywhere in the world. Plus we can accept e-mail round the clock and the
paper never runs out. You can either use the e-mail form in this website
of you can send a more detailed e-mail using your own e-mail program. E-mail

When all else fails there is the good old fashioned mail service. We do
get hurricanes down here but most other days they deliver the mail to us
at 512 North Scenic Highway, Frostproof, FL 33843.
