International Shipping Information

If you have a large amount of products that you want to order, write all the product numbers down, the quantity that you desire, and the closest major city to you. If you would please then fax that to us @863-635-3700, remembering to use the proper international codes, we can many times get you a more favorable rate. With larger orders, like these we often times use a freight forwarder, where there are many more options.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

U.S. Postal Service International Parcel Post [Surface - very slow]

Surprisingly the costs for shipping via air is not much more than surface. Surface parcel post however can take up to 6-8 weeks. If you want to do a quick calculation on your costs of air versus surface you can go to the following website, put your country in, select approximate weight of package and it will give you a comparison.

Whether you choose surface or air mail we recommend that you give us the okay in the special instructions part of the order form to charge you for insurance on the item. This enables us to track the package for you should it get lost or stolen. Otherwise once it leaves the borders of the United States we can not help you locate your package. Insurance costs can vary based upon the value of the item and the country it is being shipped to.

Also if you package is very late you might want to check with your local post office or your country's customs office as the package might be held up there.

U.S. Postal Service International Parcel Post [Air Mail - faster]

Most packages arrive in 4-10 days with this method. Sometimes they can get held up in customs so if you chose this method and the package is late you should check with your local post office or country's custom office first. As mentioned above, we recommend that you authorize us to charge you credit card for insurance on the package so that we can track it just in case it gets stolen or lost. Price of insurance can vary based upon value of the package and country it is going to.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all.
  • It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund.
  • If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank.
  • Important: If you write to us or order from us, but do not receive a reply back from us, then there is most likely some problem with your e-mail address. We have received many e-mail messages that we reply to, but - for whatever reason - the message can not make it through. We have no other way way to contact you, so please make sure your e-mail delivery is working properly and that you have given us a correct e-mail address before complaining that we are not replying. In any case where you do not hear back from us, please call us at 1-863-635-3620.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for delivery by US Postal Service Airmail or 8 weeks by Surface Mail. IMPORTANT: This does not include any time that your country's Customs office may hold the package which happens very frequently. If you have not received your package after these allowed periods, check with your Customs office (if possible) to track it down. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process! You can choose to have your order shipped by Federal Express International Priority or Fed-EX Worldwide Express service for faster delivery (two or three days) if you would like.
  • You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country.

International Customs Information

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For example:

Testing Equipment value: $35.00
Books value: $17.00

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs polices vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
