I wanted to write and thank you for the follow up letter. Being
in retail myself, I was quite impressed with the price, quality
and service you provide your customers. The follow up letter
is really what makes you stand out from your competitors.
If I were to grade your company.....I would give it an A+.
We are Badcock Furniture share your same philosophy in treating
your customer right. I only hope and pray we are doing it as

Personally,
I can't understand why the whole world doesn't buy all their
gardening stuff from you. You have the best prices and customer
service I have ever experienced for gardening equipment,
and I never buy my stuff anywhere else.
I
love Frostproof, and in a time when dot.com businesses are
dying left and right, your business is a model of how to
do things right. I take every opportunity I get to recommend
your site to others. Thank you for all your effort.

I would like to order Spring through your website because the last time I ordered from your company:
- the order arrived earlier than I expected
- the items were exactly what I wanted
- the item that was broken in transit was replaced immediately
- the customer service person I emailed with was friendly, courteous, and didn't need the broken thermometer sent back to prove that the thermometer was broken
If you do offer Spring in your website next year then I fully expect that
- Spring will arrive earlier than I expect
- Spring will not be too cold, not be too hot, but just right
- any March storm damage will be undone by sunshine and rain
- while I am knee deep in muddy compost I will meet a new friend

I would like to
comment on your customer service. My package arrived within
a week of ordering, even though I had inadvertently omitted
my zip code from the order form. Your sales associate, Molly,
was very prompt in processing my order despite that glitch.
I could hardly believe there was a website specifically
for rain gauges, and I brag to people about how simple it
was to place an order with your company. I would recommend
your company to anyone who asks about online sales, even
if it is not related to rain gauges.
I will shop with
you again when the need arises. Thanks again for great service.

I am one happy
customer in Seattle. I tried my new Sandvik shears right
away and could not believe the difference versus my old
Craftsman. I have no more desires for a power hedge trimmer.
I'm also looking
forward to trying out the Felco pruner, Sandvik lopper and
saw. Basically, you made it possible for me to obtain the
best possible equipment at a price that nobody else could
beat.
I have several coworkers
who are awaiting to place their order. I wish you tremendous
success. And I hope you are able to continue providing the
excellent level of service at reasonable prices.
